Scary Halloween Party Games are a great way to turn up the heat under your party guests! Here's some ideas.

1. In a halloween party where everybody is disguised, turn off the lights, start playing loud metal music, scream and go round using very little torches or even your cell phones to see a short way ahead of you. Try not to stumble with something or somebody; and try to scare others by screaming near to them. Play until everybody's worn out!

2. Disguised as Halloween scary characters, tell each other the most terrific experiences that you have had in life, or just make up scary stories.

Variations: Watch a scary movie with your Halloween disguises, then go out at night near a creepy area or a cemetery or graveyard and talk about the scariest experiences that you ever had in your life. The creepier the area where you are, the the better the scary Halloween party games will turn out. You can disguise as Halloween scary characters and then in the woods or in the countryside at night with some torches go around and scream. Then make a fire and tell each other scary stories that you have experienced or heard.

3. Another of the best scary Halloween party games is the Atmosphere DVD board game. The game has a horror movie feel to it, featuring mummies, vampires and assorted other beasties and ghoulies. The cards drawn by players often correspond to time marks on the included DVD and ask you to be interactive with your fellow contestants, for instance: "At 46:50, start to giggle insanely. If any opponent asks why you laugh hand them this card and this message: I'm having the last laugh: You're BANISHED to the BLACK HOLE". It's a game for extroverts and technology lovers, but if those factors, or the monsters in the game, don't scare you off, it should be a lot of fun anyways.

4. Another possibility for scary Halloweeen party games would be to play a Horror trivia game, about scary movies, abouts murderers, car accidents or strange deaths. You could create yourself, or much easier, buy one such as Scary Synopsis from Python Printable Games.
