My actor's better than your actor
You may have a favorite actor: Brad Pitt, George Clooney, Orlando Bloom, Johnny Depp, etc. Everybody has to nominate their favorite star. Then you have to defend the idea of why you think that the qualities of your favorite actor are any better than the rest of your girl friends'. This is just for a little bit of a laugh. Nothing else. For example: "Brad Pitt has better abs than Orlando Bloom".
Memory and make up a story
A good, simple choice of party games for teenage girls! Begin a story, as silly as you like. Each girl has just to say one or two sentences making up an story. Take turns to add one or two new phrases to the story and repeat the whole story from the beginning. You can also disregard the memory aspect of this game and keep adding new bits to the story without repeating the story from the beginning.
Make-up competition
Everybody gets a hand mirror and puts make-up on; or get in pairs and put the make-up on your partner's face. There must be a girl, or parent, who will be the judge.
The girl or the pair of girls who create the nicest-loooking, or most original face with the make-up on, successfully copies a look from a fashion magazine, or according to any other criteria that you may want to choose, wins.

Dress-up competition
Get some old dresses or clothes from the closet or wardrobe (making sure that you get permission to use them!) and divide the clothes evenly between the girls. Alternatively, each girl can bring along some dresses or clothes from home.
Try to dress up as nice as you can, or just make it easier: try to copy as close to a famous person or fictional character as possible. The girl who dresses up the nicest, creates the most original look, or ends up looking the most like a famous person or fictional character wins. One or two judges are needed.
