Though as a mystery is something difficult to solve, to create a mystery game is usually more difficult than an ordinary game, involving writing a script and managing who gets what information. But you can make it easy on yourself and still have a good time. A very simple funny mystery game:
Each player will be a secret agent assigned to focus on somebody else during the mystery party. He has to make notes about what the other person does, says, etc. At the end of the party each spy has to give their top five highlights about their target's evening; everybody else has to try to guess who his target was. The spy that gives the funniest, or most entertaining report gets a prize.
